Bob Gill has over 30 years experience in real estate consulting, new home construction, and residential remodeling. Prior to joining Keller Williams in April, 2007, he was affiliated with Coldwell Banker and DeWolfe Real Estate in New Centre. As a native of Boston, Bob is very familiar with real estate trends in the greater Boston area in addition to Newton.
Bob and his wife, Ginny have made 13 personal moves, which translates to 26 real estate transactions. So we can honestly say we have "walked in your shoes". Bob sits on several non-profit organization boards both locally and nationally.
Ginny Gill has worked in real estate since 2001 and was named the #1 agent at her Coldwell Banker office in Newton in 2006. She brings many years of strong customer service from the health care industry to the Keller Williams team.
As a native of Newton, she is familiar with the unique amenities offered in each of the 13 villages located in the Newton community. Ginny compliments the broad skill base of the team with many years of interior design experience which has proven to be invaluable to our clients.
Louise Civetti has lived in Newton and Watertown most of her life. Having spent the last 12 years working in Zoning and Community Development, Louise offers knowledge of the surrounding communities to determine the true value of your current home and potential of your next home.

Louise is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board; the Massachusetts Association of Realtors®; The National Association of Realtors® and serves on the boards of a local and national not-for-profit organization.
Joe Gill joined the licensed agents at Keller Williams Realty in 2014. Joe brings many years of real-life experience to the team of the Gill Realty Group including knowledge of residential and commercial construction, working for several well respected firms. He also has experience the transportation industry, where he developed an appreciation of truly understanding customer and individual needs. A native of Boston, Joe has since made his home in Plymouth County. Joe has a genuine passion and the knowledge to provide excellent customer service to each and every client.
Tasia Christakis is the newest member of the Gill Realty Group Team. She is a Boston native who brings many years of outstanding customer service from the health care industry to the Gill Realty Group team. Tasia will use her experience and training to provide each and every customer the best service possible.
Kathy Arnold joined the Gill Realty Group team in 2012 to manage day to day operations. She brings to our team over 30 years of corporate experience in marketing, customer service and sales support. Her attention to detail is invaluable in assisting our clients through the many steps of buying and selling a home. Kathy is a lifelong resident of the South Shore, and works out of the Keller Williams Braintree Office.
